Shane Stapleton
Shane is one of the few Gaelic games journalists who has been there and done it as a player.
A native of the famed Borris-Ileigh GAA club in Tipperary, he transferred to Dublin club side Cuala in 2011 and went on to become a double All-Ireland club hurling champion.
Shane has reported on all major sports, but in more recent times has specialised in hurling and Gaelic football.
Having initially written for a variety of newspapers in Ireland, he soon began working in radio and TV with the likes of RTE, UTV, Eir and Newstalk/Off The Ball, before setting up OurGame.
His platform garners millions of views per year, and is the go-to place for GAA fans looking for the inside line on the action.
