Oklahoma City Thunder (+10.5) vs Milwaukee Bucks

The Bucks were joint favourites to win the Eastern Conference before the season started but they’re struggling badly at the moment, with five defeats in a row, one of which came against the Thunder.

Three of those five defeats came by double digits, and Milwaukee has a 4-6 record against Western Conference teams this season.

The Thunder are just 11-17, but it’s worth taking the points with them here given that they’ve already beaten Milwaukee this season and have only lost by double digits once in their last nine games.

Phoenix Suns (-3.5) vs New Orleans Pelicans

The Suns lost their last game 128-124 to the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, but a narrow defeat to a title contender shouldn’t discourage you from backing Phoenix on Friday night.

Monty Williams’ squad had won six in a row before that loss – four by a margin of at least nine points – and currently sit fifth in the West.

The Pelicans have been inconsistent all year and have lost four of their last five games, including three by double digits.

Toronto Raptors (-2.5) vs Minnesota Timberwolves

Toronto earned a big win over the Bucks on Thursday night, meaning it has now won seven of its last 10 games to move to 6th in the East.

The Raptors’ last seven wins have all come by margins of at least six points, and they now have the ninth-best net rating in the NBA after overcoming a slow start to the season.

Expect another win for Toronto over the Timberwolves, who are bottom of the West with a 7-22 record and have lost eight of their last 10.

Utah Jazz (-4) vs Los Angeles Clippers

The Jazz are the hottest team in the NBA, with nine consecutive wins and 20 from their last 21 games.

Eight of their last nine wins have been by double digits, and they beat the Clippers 114-96 when these teams last met on Wednesday night.

The Clippers had won four games in a row before that game and fatigue may be a factor here for Utah on the second game of a tough back-to-back, but the Jazz are simply a level above every other team in the NBA at present and have to be backed when giving just four points.
