Chicago Bulls (-5) vs Minnesota Timberwolves

The Bulls have won four of their last five games to move into the playoff spots in the Eastern Conference, and Wednesday night’s meeting with the Timberwolves is a good opportunity to keep their strong run going.

Minnesota ranks 29^th in the NBA in net rating. The Timberwolves have lost nine of their last 10 games, with seven of their last eight losses coming by a margin of at least five points.

Chris Finch's team are coming off a 139-112 defeat to Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night, while the Bulls won their last game 120-100 against the Houston Rockets and have had an extra day of rest ahead of this one.

Toronto Raptors (+2.5) vs Miami Heat

Toronto has turned its season around with nine wins in 13 games, including four in its last five.

Although they lost to the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night, the Raptors should be encouraged after keeping it close against the top team in the East and holding MVP candidate Joel Embiid to 18 points.

The Heat have won three games in a row but had lost their previous three before that and still have several players dealing with injuries, including Tyler Herro, Goran Dragic and Avery Bradley.

Oklahoma City Thunder (-1.5) vs San Antonio Spurs

The Spurs are fifth in the West with a 16-11 record, but they look set for a heavy defeat in Oklahoma City on Wednesday night.

San Antonio will likely be without DeMar DeRozan, LaMarcus Aldridge, Rudy Gay and four other players due to a variety of injury and health reasons, while Oklahoma City will be close to full strength.

The Thunder haven’t had a great season so far, with their 12-19 record leaving them 12^th in the West, but they should still have enough to beat a team that was down to seven healthy players before recalling two from the G-League last Sunday.

Phoenix Suns (-9.5) vs Charlotte Hornets

The Suns are on a roll, winning 12 of their last 14 games, including nine of their last 10. Their last three games have all been victories, each by a margin of at least 18 points.

They now face the Hornets, who are clinging on to a playoff spot in the East but have lost three of their last five, the most recent of which was a 132-110 rout against the Utah Jazz.

Charlotte has a 5-7 record against Western Conference teams and ranks 19^th in the NBA in net rating, while Phoenix ranks fifth.
