Charlotte Hornets to beat Cleveland Cavaliers –

The Hornets are on a four-game winning streak, having beaten the New York Knicks 137-128 in overtime on Monday night.

Charlotte have won each of their last three games on their own court, taking their home record for the season to 21-17.

They should beat the Cavs, who have a 19-19 away record and lost 98-79 to the Miami Heat last time out.

Orlando Magic to beat Brooklyn Nets –

In a meeting of two of the Eastern Conference’s worst teams, the Magic’s home advantage should earn them a rare win.

Orlando’s home record of 15 wins and 21 defeats isn’t good, but it’s still better than Brooklyn’s 9-26 away record.

The Nets have won just once on the road since 21 January – a run that spans 13 games.

Utah Jazz to beat Boston Celtics –

The Jazz have been one of the best teams in the NBA over the past month.

They have won 11 of their 13 games in March, including last time out against the Golden State Warriors, and are primed to take advantage of a Celtics team that are really struggling with injuries.

Boston are without Gordon Hayward, Kyrie Irving, Daniel Theis, Marcus Smart and Marcus Morris, and it’s hard to see them overcoming those absences against a good team like the Jazz.

Los Angeles Lakers to beat Dallas Mavericks –

The Lakers have struggled recently, but should bounce back against the Mavericks, who are 13th in the Western Conference with a 23-51 record.

Dallas have only won nine times on the road all season, and had lost five games in a row before beating the also terrible Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night.

Los Angeles have won 18 of 34 games at home this season, and are the team to back on Wednesday.
