Oklahoma City Thunder to beat Orlando Magic –

The Thunder have had some problems sharing the ball around between Russell Westbrook, Carmelo Anthony and Paul George, but their trio of stars should manage to get going offensively against the Magic.

Orlando have lost nine consecutive games, conceding an average of 117 points during that run.

The Magic’s defence is the fifth-worst in the NBA, and it’s hard to see any way that they can win on Wednesday night given that Oklahoma City are third in defensive rating and have three elite offensive players.

Miami Heat to beat New York Knicks –

After a strong start to the season the Knicks have lost three successive games, with star power forward Kristaps Porzingis dealing with an elbow injury.

The Latvian has played through the pain but is shooting the ball poorly, and that’s enough to make it worth backing against New York on Wednesday night.

The Heat had won three successive games before losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night, and they’ve beaten the Timberwolves, Celtics and Wizards – who are likely to be playoff teams this season – inside the past two weeks.

Miami are a decent team, and their defence – which ranks inside the NBA’s top 10 – should have no problem frustrating the Knicks if Porzingis continues to have problems scoring.

Toronto Raptors (-8) to beat Charlotte Hornets –

The Raptors beat the Atlanta Hawks by 24 points last time out, and look primed for another one-sided win when they take on the Hornets.

Charlotte have lost back-to-back games against the San Antonio Spurs and Cleveland Cavaliers, and have only won three of their last 11.

With a home record of six wins and just one defeat, Toronto and their fifth-ranked offense should easily score enough to come away with a comfortable win.

San Antonio Spurs (-8.5) to beat Memphis Grizzlies –

Expect another blowout in San Antonio on Wednesday night.

The Spurs have won nine of their last 12 games, and they’ve only lost one of their last eight at home.

They now take on a Grizzlies team that have lost eight consecutive games and have only won three times on the road all season.

Memphis have scored the third-fewest points per game this season, and will struggle against San Antonio’s third-ranked defence.
