Under 550.5 runs in the match

Edgbaston has hosted two low-scoring matches so far, with the pitches offering plenty for the bowlers.

Just 496 runs were scored when South Africa played New Zealand 11 days ago, while Pakistan and New Zealand produced 478 on Wednesday.

Virat Kohli to score over 47.5 runs

Kohli hasn’t scored a century yet, so his relentlessly good form has gone a little under the radar.

The India skipper has scored 82, 77, 67 and 72 in his last four matches, and hit 75, 45 and 71 in the three-match series in England last summer.

Chahal and Kuldeep to take over 2.5 wickets combined

There was lots of spin during Pakistan v New Zealand on this ground on Wednesday, so – despite them playing on a different pitch here – similar conditions are likely.

Chahal has had a terrific tournament, taking at least two wickets in four of his five matches, while Kuldeep has caused England lots of problems in the past.
