Here are Guy Giles' cricket betting tips for the match between New Zealand and Australia, which starts at 13:30 on Saturday.

Aaron Finch to score over 38.5 runs

Finch has been playing beautifully of late, hitting 100, 53, 153 and 82 in Australia’s last four games.

The opening batsman also passed this mark in their opening fixture and is a good bet to do so again on Saturday.

Kane Williamson to score over 42.5 runs

Williamson has passed this mark in three of his five innings in this World Cup, with the two exceptions being scores of 40 and 41.

The New Zealand captain also hit a century the last time he played Australia.

Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins to take over 3.5 wickets combined

Starc and Cummins have taken at least four wickets between them in five of Australia’s seven games so far.

They are worth backing to repeat the feat against a New Zealand batting line-up which struggled against Pakistan’s seam attack on Wednesday.
