Here are Guy Giles' cricket betting tips for the match between England and New Zealand, which starts at 10:30 on Wednesday. 

Ben Stokes to score over 27.5 runs

Stokes has been one of England’s most consistent performers with the bat, reaching this mark four times in the World Cup.

The all-rounder has hit 82*, 89 and 79 in his last three, and is a good bet to pass this low mark again on Wednesday.

Liam Plunkett to take over 1.5 wickets

Plunkett returned to the England side against India and took three wickets in that crucial victory on Sunday.

The veteran seamer should remain in the side for his wicket-taking knack in the middle overs as England look to seal their semi-final spot.

Trent Boult to take over 1.5 wickets 

Boult has 13 wickets so far including a hat-trick against Australia at the weekend - the first by a New Zealand player in World Cup history. 

The left-arm seamer has taken nine scalps in his last three games and is a good bet to add to his tally in Durham.
