England’s victory in the second ODI relied on an excellent bowling performance, rather than the heroics with the bat that we have become used to.

Even so, it felt like a significant victory for a team that seems to have lost some of its aura so far this summer.

He has passed this mark – comfortably, in most cases – in six of his last seven innings.

Moeen Ali to hit a six

Moeen batted nicely at Lord’s, hitting England’s top score with 47, including two sixes.

He has hit two sixes in three of his five innings across these T20s and ODIs against India.

David Willey to be England’s top wicket-taker

Willey was outshone by Reece Topley in terms of wickets on Thursday, despite also bowling brilliantly.

If he puts in the same performance on Sunday, it could well be his turn to take the headlines.
