Darren Lehmann played 27 Test matches and 117 ODIs for Australia, scoring over 4,700 international runs and winning two World Cups.

In the second half of his cricketing career, he has gained notoriety as coach of Deccan Chargers, Brisbane Heat and several other teams - including the Australia national team, who he led to become the No. 1 ranked Test side in the world.

In an exclusive conversation with Darren Gough in the Players' Lounge, he reveals the circumstances that resulted in his retirement as a player and swift appointment as the Chargers' coach, and describes how he won the IPL title in his first season in charge.
