Here are Tom Clee's darts betting tips for the night 14 in Manchester.

ROB CROSS v MICHAEL SMITH

Cross to win and hit over 1.5 100+ checkouts, Smith to hit the most 180s

Smith's hopes of making the O2 for a second year in a row have been dashed by a run of fives matches without a win.

He's lost 11 of his 14 career meetings with Cross, including three out of three in the Premier League.

Cross' finishing kept him in it against Price last week, with seven 100+ checkouts in four games since switching to the longer format.

Bully Boy is at least comfortably top of the 180s charts having hit 17 in his last three matches.

PETER WRIGHT v MENSUR SULJOVIC

Suljovic to win, Wright under 3.5 180s, highest checkout score under 122.5

Wright has now gone eight Premier League matches without a win, during which time Suljovic has won on five separate occasions.

The Austrian has also won seven of his eight meetings with Wright since the start of last year, including both in this competition.

Snakebite has only managed more than three 180s in three of his 13 matches this campaign.

The pair of them, meanwhile, have only topped this checkout score three times between them all season.

DARYL GURNEY v MICHAEL VAN GERWEN

Van Gerwen (-3.5), Van Gerwen under 3.5 180s, Gurney to checkout over 99.5

Gurney has won his last two matches against Van Gerwen, but he had lost 18 of the previous 19 and is running into a man in form.

The world No. 1 has averaged 107.92 over the last three weeks to return to the top of the table, with his last seven victories in this competition all coming by four legs or more.

He's only hit more than three 180s in four of his 13 matches and never on consecutive nights, so the fact he clocked up four last week would suggest he's due an off day.

Gurney did manage three 100+ checkouts last week, so he is in good enough nick to steal a leg in style.

JAMES WADE v GERWYN PRICE

Over 13.5 legs, Wade under 3.5 180s, both players to checkout over 99.5

These two have been involved in the joint-most draws this season, including one each last week and another the last time they met.

The grittiness of both players means it's fair to expect the opening match to go the distance.

Wade has reeled off more than three 180s just once in his last 10 matches.

But he and Price have only failed to hit a 100+ checkout once in their last six, so expect some big finishes.
