Hoffenheim v Freiburg (14.30) –

Both teams have netted in seven of Hoffenheim’s last nine home matches, a sequence that ought to extend against Freiburg.

The visitors have scored and conceded in all of their last seven away games, including scorelines of 3-4, 3-3, and 3-2.

Freiburg won the reverse fixture 3-2 in October, and something similar should be in store on Saturday.

Leeds v Brentford (15.00) –

Leeds’ last three home matches have finished 3-4, 1-4, and 2-2, and there is little chance of their match with Brentford going any differently.

The Bees put five past Birmingham on Tuesday, a sign that the impressive number of chances they create – comfortably more than any other side in the division – are now being translated into goals.

They have only kept clean sheets at relegation-threatened Bolton, Birmingham, Reading and Sunderland during their last 13 away matches, though, so are likely to concede at least once.

Bristol Rovers v Scunthorpe (15.00) –

There have been goals at both ends in 12 of Scunthorpe’s last 13 matches, with both teams scoring more than once in seven of those games.

And, at Bristol Rovers, more entertainment is likely.

The hosts have scored and conceded in all of their last four home matches, including a 3-2 win over Rochdale in their most recent game at the Memorial Stadium.

Real Madrid v Alaves (15.15) –

Real Madrid’s inability to keep clean sheets at the Bernabeu has blighted their season.

Zinedine Zidane’s side have conceded in eight of their 12 home league games, and all of their last eight matches overall.

Alaves have scored at both Barcelona and Valencia in their last three away games, so are capable of responding to at least one goal for the hosts.
