£25 QUALIFICATION BET (TO PLACE BEFORE 23:59 GMT ON FRIDAY)

I’m starting with a goal-based bet for Sunday’s football.

Over 2.5 goals has landed in four of Lille’s last six home matches and in all of Monaco’s last five overall, so I expect that to be an entertaining game.

Not so at the Hawthorns, where West Brom and Crystal Palace seem likely to play out a cagey match on Sunday lunchtime.

Finally, I expect the Jupiler League leaders Beerschot to continue their extraordinary goalscoring form.

This has landed in all of their last 10 games, including a 5-2, 6-3 and 5-5.

With my first free bet, I’m backing three home favourites to avoid defeat in matches full of goals.

Watford’s last three home games have finished 3-1, 1-1, 3-2, 3-2 and 4-1, so something similar seems likely for the visit of Cardiff.

Torino lost 4-2 at Inter last week and have scored twice in all of their last three, so they can score – even though they surely won’t win – at Juventus.

Finally, I fancy Bologna – who have scored in seven of their last eight – to find the net at Inter, whose four home Serie A matches have finished 4-3, 1-2, 2-2 and 4-2.
