I’m kicking off this Saturday treble by backing Everton, who looked really impressive in their win over Tottenham last weekend.

The Toffees’ new signings seemed to gel nicely and they look a good bet to see off West Brom, who showed very little in a 3-0 home defeat to Leicester.

Serie A kicks off this weekend and Fiorentina should start with a home win over Torino, who ended last season on a five-game winless run and took just two points from their last 10 away games.

Arsenal’s excellent form from the end of last season carried over to the new campaign as they beat Fulham 3-0 last weekend.

The Gunners are full of confidence and will likely beat West Ham, who struggled in their opener against Newcastle.

I’m going all-in on Arsenal this week by also backing them to win by at least two goals with my first £5 free bet.

Mikel Arteta’s side won their last nine home league games of last season by an aggregate score of 21-7.

Newcastle followed up their 2-0 win over West Ham with a 1-0 victory against Blackburn in midweek, and I’m not expecting many goals when they host Brighton.

The last six Premier League meetings between these sides dating back to 2017 have seen a combined total of just four goals, including three 0-0s.

Finally, I’m going with the narrative by backing Timo Werner to score for Chelsea against Liverpool, who he was supposedly close to joining earlier this year.

The German international looked sharp in his debut last week and it’s only a matter of time until he gets his first Premier League goal.
