Norwich to beat Preston

Norwich are eight points clear at the top of the Championship and could secure an immediate return to the Premier League with three more victories if results go their way.

The Canaries have won nine and drawn one of their last 10 league games, taking more points than any other Championship side during that period.

Preston have taken one point from their last five and are currently without a manager after sacking Alex Neil two weeks ago.

Watford to beat Sheffield Wednesday

Watford are a place behind Norwich, but their form is nearly as good having won nine and lost one of their last 10 matches.

That run includes five straight victories at Vicarage Road for the Hornets, who opened up a six-point gap to third-placed Swansea a fortnight ago.

Second-bottom Sheffield Wednesday's 2-1 win over Barnsley last weekend was their first in a nine-game period in which they have taken just four points.

Hull to beat Crewe

Hull are top of League One and, despite coming into this after back-to-back draws, look in decent shape.

The Tigers had won their four games prior to that and have taken 11 points from their last five away games, including a 3-1 victory over second-placed Peterborough last month.

Crewe’s home form has been solid this season, but they were beaten 3-0 by Burton last time out at Gresty Road and have only won three of their last nine.

Ipswich to beat Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers stayed second-bottom of League One following their 1-0 defeat to Sunderland last weekend, which was their fourth loss on the spin.

The Gas have lost 16 of their last 22 matches in all competitions and are on an 11-match winless run away from the Memorial Stadium.

Ipswich are unbeaten in six at Portman Road and, after three winless away games, are worth backing for three points here.

Blackpool to beat Swindon

Play-off chasers Blackpool were denied a third straight victory last weekend after conceding in stoppage time against Plymouth.

The Tangerines are unbeaten in 11 matches, having won six of those, and beat Swindon 2-0 in the reverse fixture in September.

Swindon have won back-to-back away games, but had lost four straight games prior to that, including two at the County Ground.
