Tranmere to beat Forest Green

Forest Green dropped out of the League Two play-off places following a 2-0 defeat to 20th-placed Barrow on Tuesday.

That was a sixth loss in 10 matches for the managerless promotion chasers, who have won just once in that sequence.

Tranmere have won back-to-back games and need another victory to keep their automatic promotion hopes alive.

Morecambe to beat Walsall

Fourth-placed Morecambe’s automatic promotion hopes were dealt a blow following their 1-0 defeat to Bolton last weekend, but that was their first loss in four.

The Shrimpers had won three on the spin prior to that and travel to a poor side with no stake in the final two matches.

Walsall have lost two out of three, with their only victory in that run against out-of-form Scunthorpe.
