Luton to beat Wigan (15:00)

Luton have taken seven points from their last three matches, only dropping points against table-toppers Sheffield United.

The Hatters rank seventh for shots and host the team down in 18th for the same metric on Saturday.

Wigan have scored five goals in six Championship matches and were dismantled 5-1 by Burnley last weekend.

Ipswich to beat Accrington (15:00)

With four wins and two draws from six matches, Ipswich have established themselves as favourites to win League One.

Kieran McKenna’s side have only conceded four goals so far, scoring 12 of their own.

Accrington have been involved in two 2-2s, a 3-3 and a 4-4 at home this season and this won’t end for them well if they are as leaky again.

Forest Green to beat Shrewsbury (15:00)

Forest Green’s fixture list has been extremely tough, but three heavy defeats to Plymouth, Brighton and Sheffield Wednesday in the last fortnight should not put you off backing them here.

Ian Burchnall’s side were excellent in a 2-1 defeat to Ipswich in their opening home game and have since won twice in other competitions at The New Lawn.

Shrewsbury have failed to score in four of their six league games and rank bottom of League One for open play xG.

Carlisle to beat Rochdale (15:00)

Carlisle have taken seven points from three home games this season, only conceding one goal.

Paul Simpson’s side rank fourth in League Two for open play xG and take on poor opposition.

Rochdale are already onto their second manager of the season, Jim Bentley, after scoring two goals and taking one point from their first six league matches.

Newport to beat Grimsby (15:00)

Newport have won four consecutive matches, scoring 11 goals and conceding just four.

They have League Two’s fourth-meanest defence in terms of xG so can keep Grimsby at bay here.

The Mariners have scored four goals in five league games.
