Here are Will Rook's weekend football tips to help you on your way.

Millwall to beat Reading 7/5

Reading were thumped 4-1 at Blackpool last weekend to leave them one place and six points above the drop zone.

The Royals have lost nine of their last 12 matches in all competitions, including an extra-time defeat at Kidderminster in the cup in January.

Millwall have won four on the bounce to go within five points of the final play-off spot.

Sunderland to beat Charlton 5/4

Sunderland’s miserable run of form ended with a 3-0 away win at second-placed Wigan last weekend.

Alex Neill’s side look a great price to make it back-to-back victories against struggling hosts here.

Charlton have lost four straight matches and, even with 12 games to go, have little to play for.

Sheffield Wednesday to beat Lincoln 6/5

Sheffield Wednesday are the form team in League One, having won seven of their last eight matches.

That sequence of results has taken the Owls to fifth in the table, with the only game they failed to win coming against league leaders Rotherham.

Lincoln have lost three straight matches and are only four points above the relegation zone.

Plymouth to beat Morecambe 8/13

Morecambe come into this on the back of a seven-match winless run.

The Shrimps have lost six and drawn two of their last eight away games in all competitions.

Play-off chasing Plymouth have lost back-to-back matches, but had won four on the bounce prior to that.

Wigan to beat AFC Wimbledon 19/40

Second-placed Wigan recovered form their 3-0 defeat to Sunderland last weekend by beating Fleetwood 2-0 at the DW Stadium in midweek.

That result kept the Latics three points ahead of third and closed the gap between them and first-placed Rotherham to seven points.

AFC Wimbledon are two points above the relegation zone and are winless in 16 matches in all competitions.
