Derby to beat Cardiff (12:30)

Relegated Derby put in a great performance to win 2-0 away to Blackpool last weekend and can leave the Championship with another three points.

The Rams have won eight of their last 13 at Pride Park and are unburdened now that relegation is confirmed.

Cardiff have lost four and drawn one of their last five matches.

Fulham to beat Sheffield United (12:30)

Fulham wrapped up the Championship title by thumping play-off hopefuls Luton 7-0 at Craven Cottage in midweek – the third time this season they have netted seven in a game.

Marco Silva’s side have been by far the best team in the division this season. Even with the title secured, they look a massive price.

Sheffield United have won just five of their last 13 and, with the top six on the line, could be vulnerable.

Swansea to beat QPR (12:30)

QPR were beaten 3-1 by Sheffield United last Friday, ensuring manager Mark Warburton signed off at Loftus Road with a defeat.

The R’s have lost nine of their last 12 matches and have picked up one point in their last five on the road.

Swansea’s only defeat in nine at the Liberty Stadium came against champions Fulham last month.

Exeter to beat Port Vale (15:00)

Exeter need a win to secure the League Two title and are a great price to do exactly that.

The Grecians have won nine and drawn two of their last 11 games at St. James’ Park.

Port Vale have lost three straight matches and could drop out of the play-off places entirely with another defeat.

Mansfield to beat Forest Green (15:00)

Mansfield go into the final day with a possibility of automatic promotion should they win.

Nigel Clough’s side have won 13 of their last 14 league games at Field Mill.

Second-placed Forest Green have stumbled over the line to go up but, with just one win in their last six, will likely miss out on top spot.
