Port Vale to beat Burton

Burton Albion are bottom of League One, with one point after four matches.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s side have failed to score in each of their three defeats this season and have conceded 12 goals – four more than any other team.

Port Vale have taken four points from their opening four games, and have a great chance to get another three here.

Charlton to beat Cambridge

Charlton hammered promotion hopefuls Plymouth at the Valley in midweek, meaning they have won two from two at home.

Ben Garner’s side beat a fancied Derby team in their home opener a fortnight ago and are looking good.

Cambridge have lost 1-0 and 4-1 to Oxford and Portsmouth respectively in their away games this season.

Ipswich to beat Shrewsbury

Ipswich are top of League One, with 10 points from their opening four matches.

Kieran McKenna’s side have won both of their last two games to nil, while they have taken more shots than any other team in the division.

Shrewsbury are winless at home and are yet to score from open play.

Tranmere to beat Newport

Newport have taken one point from their four games in League Two.

James Rowberry’s side have lost three straight matches since the opening day, including back-to-back games at home.

Tranmere have taken four points from their last two games and look a massive price.

Swindon to beat Rochdale

Rochdale are the only team in the EFL yet to earn a point.

Dale sacked manager Robbie Stockdale in midweek after their dreadful start to the season.

Swindon have drawn three straight games, but should get their first win against League Two’s crisis club.
