Will Rook and Adam Drury provide their football tips for Saturday's matches in the Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two and Bundesliga.

WIN/DRAW/WIN

Brentford to beat Bristol City (15:00)

Brentford climbed to second in the Championship following their 2-1 victory over fellow promotion contenders Bournemouth in midweek.

That result extended the Bees’ unbeaten run to 16 games in all competitions, while it was also their fourth straight win.

Bristol City were beaten 2-1 at Luton last time out and have lost four of their last five.

Oxford to beat Burton (15:00)

Bottom-of-the-league Burton sacked manager Jake Buxton after their 4-3 midweek defeat to relegation candidates Wigan left them four points behind second-bottom Swindon.

The Brewers have lost four on the spin and won only one of their last 22 matches in all competitions.

Oxford have won three matches in a row and are unbeaten in seven.

Salford to beat Leyton Orient (15:00)

Salford come into this having taken 11 points from their last five league games.

Richie Wellens’ side have won back-to-back matches to get within three points of the automatic promotion spots in League Two.

Leyton Orient beat bottom-of-the-league Southend on Tuesday, but had lost five of their previous six matches.

Hertha Berlin to beat Schalke (17:30)

Schalke have earned just four points in their opening 13 league games this season.

They are the only side in the Bundesliga without a victory and haven’t won in 29 matches, a run that stretches back to last January.

Hertha have only lost to Dortmund in their last four home games, but aren’t in the best of form themselves. Instead, this tip is mainly informed by their opposition’s record.

RB Leipzig to beat Stuttgart (19:30)

RB Leipzig come into this having won six and drawn two of their last eight matches in all competitions.

Julian Nagelsmann’s side are third in the Bundesliga and have lost just one league game this season.

Stuttgart have won one league game in seven at home so far.

BTTS

AFC Wimbledon v Lincoln (15:00)

AFC Wimbledon have scored and conceded in six of their last eight matches.

Glyn Hodges’ side have scored in seven consecutive home matches, conceding in five of them.

Lincoln have scored 10 goals in their last three away games and beat Burton 5-1 last time out.

Swindon v Wigan (15:00)

Both teams have scored in five of Swindon’s last seven matches, including in all of their last three.

Manager John Sheridan left Wigan for the County Ground in November, and his former side have seen BTTS land in six of their nine games since his departure.

That run includes two 4-3 victories, the most recent of which was at Burton on Tuesday.

Bolton v Crawley (15:00)

At least one team has scored three goals in five of Bolton’s last six home matches.

That run includes a 6-3 and two 3-2s, while they drew 3-3 at Carlisle from 3-0 down in their last match.

BTTS has landed in nine consecutive Crawley matches and in seven in a row away from home.

MYTHBUSTER

Rotherham draw no bet v Cardiff

Cardiff have lost three consecutive matches to leave manager Neil Harris on the verge of the sack.

The Bluebirds’ default position is to bully teams with their physicality, but they won’t be able to do that to Rotherham, who are also impressive in that department.

The Millers have taken points from Preston, Bournemouth and Bristol City at the New York Stadium this season, and are a great bet to beat Cardiff – with the insurance of your money back if the game ends as a draw.

ANYTIME GOALSCORER

Adam Armstrong (Blackburn) to score v Birmingham

Armstrong is suffering a mini-drought, scoring one goal in his last six, but is well worth backing at odds-against when he takes on Birmingham.

The 23-year-old is still the second-top goalscorer in the Championship, and comfortably leads the division for shots per game – 5.1, with second-best Cauley Woodrow on 3.5.

Birmingham have conceded four goals in both of their last two home matches, and have only kept two clean sheets in 12 at St Andrew’s overall this season.
