Bournemouth to beat Reading (12:30)

Reading are top of the Champonship, but their recent performances do not warrant that position.

The Royals have lost their last three league games, while their xG (experimental361) suggests that some of their results prior to that sequence had been fortuitous.

Bournemouth are unbeaten in their six home games in all competitions this season and have kept four clean sheets in their last five.

Charlton to beat Gillingham (13:00)

Fourth-placed Charlton have won each of their last six league games, keeping clean sheets in five of those.

Lee Bowyer’s side are just three points off the top of League One, despite having played two games fewer than leaders Peterborough.

Gillingham beat Crewe 1-0 in their last league game, but had lost five straight matches to nil prior to that.

Ipswich to beat Shrewsbury (15:00)

Shrewsbury are on a six-game winless run in the league following their 3-3 draw with out-of-form Swindon last weekend in which they surrendered a 3-1 lead.

Sam Ricketts’ side have managed two points in that sequence, with the other draw coming against second-bottom Burton.

Ipswich have a 100 per cent record at Portman Road this season after five league games.

Exeter to beat Oldham (15:00)

Exeter have won six home games on the spin and seven out of eight in all competitions this season following their 4-0 victory over West Brom U21s in the EFL Trophy in midweek.

The Grecians are currently on a 13-match unbeaten run and can be trusted to see off struggling opposition.

Oldham lost 2-0 to relegation-threatened Scunthorpe in midweek and have only won three league games all season.

Bolton to beat Stevenage (15:00) 

Stevenage are winless in their last 10 league games and dropped to second-bottom in League Two following their 1-1 draw at Morecambe last weekend.

They have taken one point from their last four home games, failing to score a goal in the process.

Bolton come into this having won back-to-back matches in all competitions, and with just one defeat in their last six league games.

BTTS

Accrington v Lincoln (15:00)

Accrington have scored in all six of their home matches this season, with BTTS landing in three of the last four.

Stanley have only failed to score in one of their 14 games overall this term, away at Ipswich.

Lincoln have scored in all but two of their 18 matches this season, with BTTS landing in their last three.

Doncaster v Sunderland (15:00)

Both teams have scored in five of Doncaster’s last six games, including two 4-1 victories.

Darren Moore’s side rank second for shots per home game in League One this season.

Sunderland have scored twice in all of their last three away games.

Portsmouth v Crewe (15:00)

Portsmouth have picked up in recent weeks, scoring at least twice in five of their last six games and racking up three goals in three of them.

Pompey’s last two matches have finished 1-3 and 2-2, and they take on a Crewe side which is also in good nick.

David Artell’s visitors have won their last three league games, scoring at least twice in all of them.

Middlesbrough to win or draw v Norwich & under 3.5 goals (15:00)

Middlesbrough have picked up impressive 0-0 draws at Blackburn and Brentford in their last two games, playing well in attack as well as defence in both.

Neil Warnock’s side are now unbeaten since a 1-0 defeat at Watford on the opening weekend of the season, having also avoided defeat against top-six sides Bournemouth ad Bristol City.

They host Norwich, who have failed to win away at Bournemouth ad Brentford so far this season. Under 3.5 goals has landed in all but two of the 22 league matches involving these teams this season.

ANYTIME GOALSCORER

Andre Ayew (Swansea) to score v Rotherham (15:00)

Ayew looks a cut above Championship standard, scoring four goals in his last seven games and threatening many more.

The Ghanaian ranks sixth in the league for shots per game this season, and is also a regular on penalties.

He looks a great bet for a goal against Rotherham, who have kept one clean sheet in 10 games and have conceded more shots on target per away game than all but five teams.
