Stuttgart to beat Greuther Furth (14:30)

Greuther Furth are bottom of the Bundesliga with five points after 17 matches.

Stefan Leitl’s side look destined for relegation and have lost 13 of their last 15 league games.

Stuttgart aren’t in the best form themselves, but have taken seven points from their last five matches – more than their opposition have in the entire season – and should do the business.

Brighton to beat West Brom (15:00)

Brighton have taken seven points from their last three league games against Brentford, Chelsea and Everton to climb into the top half of the Premier League.

The Seagulls have only lost three of their last 15 matches in all competitions and have already beaten Championship opposition in Cardiff and Swansea in the EFL Cup this season.

West Brom have taken just one point from matches against Barnsley, Derby and Cardiff, so this looks a great price.

Oxford to beat Lincoln (15:00)

Lincoln come into this having lost four of their last five matches, three of which were to nil.

Last time out at home, the Imps capitalised from two individual errors to go two goals ahead against MK Dons and still lost 3-2.

Oxford have won seven and lost just one of their last 12 league games, and were a missed penalty away from all three points in their 1-1 draw at home to Cheltenham on New Year’s Day.

Sutton to beat Oldham (15:00)

Sutton United are third in League Two after 23 matches and have won three straight matches in all competitions.

Matt Gray’s side scored a late winner against play-off chasers Exeter on New Year’s Day to win their last league game and have only lost one of their last six.

Bottom-of-the-league Oldham haven’t won in their last six matches, and they were beaten 3-1 by second-bottom Scunthorpe in their last league game at Boundary Park on Boxing Day.

Southampton to beat Swansea (17:30)

Southampton made it seven points from their last three league games with their 1-1 draw at home to Tottenham last week, despite playing more than half of the match with 10 men.

The Saints beat West Ham 3-2 on Boxing Day, while their only defeat in six came away to in-form Arsenal last month.

Championship side Swansea have lost four of their last six matches, including three on the spin.

GOALS

BTTS & over 2.5 goals in Eintracht Frankfurt v Borussia Dortmund (17:30)

This bet has landed in five of Frankfurt’s last seven games, including a 5-2, two 3-2s and a 2-2.

They host Dortmund, who have seen this land in five of their last six matches on the road.

The reverse fixture between these sides in August finished 5-2.

MYTHBUSTERS

Leicester not to beat Watford (15:00)

Leicester are badly struggling with injuries and illness, so are likely to put out a very weakened side here.

Brendan Rodgers doesn’t have a single first-team striker available, while Jonny Evans, Caglar Soyuncu, Wesley Fofana and Daniel Amartey are all unavailable in defence.

With so many players missing, it is worth a wager on the Foxes struggling against Premier League opposition.

Peterborough not to beat Bristol Rovers (15:00)

Peterborough haven’t played for three weeks, so are hardly likely to come flying out of the traps against Bristol Rovers on Saturday.

Posh weren’t in great form beforehand, either, winning one of their last 10 games.

Their visitors have only lost two of their last 10, knocking out League One promotion hopefuls Oxford in the last round.

ANYTIME GOALSCORERS

Dwight Gayle (Newcastle) to score v Cambridge (15:00)

Gayle has hardly featured this season, but is very likely to start for Newcastle considering the absence of both Callum Wilson and Allan Saint-Maximin.

At home to League One opposition, Eddie Howe’s starting striker with considerable pedigree clearly has every chance of getting on the scoresheet.

Cambridge have conceded 12 goals in their last six away games.

Callum Hudson-Odoi to score and Chelsea to beat Chesterfield (17:30)

Lots of Chelsea’s first team are likely to be rested for a home game against non-league opposition, meaning Hudson-Odoi should be handed a start in attack.

The forward has scored twice this season, and should his side win this game by a comfortable margin – as expected – then there is a decent chance that he will be among the goals.

In the last two seasons, Chelsea have won their five home cup ties against lower-league opposition 3-1, 4-0, 6-0, 2-0 and 7-1.

Hudson-Odoi was on the scoresheet in the 4-0 win against Morecambe on this weekend last season.
