WIN/DRAW/WIN

Freiburg to beat Hoffenheim (14:30)

Freiburg ended a run of three straight defeats last Sunday by hammering Borussia Monchengladbach 6-0 away, with all six goals scored inside the first 37 minutes.

Christian Streich’s side are fourth in the Bundesliga and have only lost once at home all season.

Hoffenheim have lost four and drawn one of their last six away games in the league.

Swindon to beat Barrow (15:00)

Barrow are fifth-bottom of League Two and come into this on the back of a nine-game winless run.

Mark Cooper’s side have lost three straight matches and failed to score in their last four.

Promotion-chasing Swindon were thumped 4-1 by Leyton Orient in midweek, but had won each of their previous eight away games in all competitions.

Mansfield to beat Salford (15:00)

Mansfield beat struggling Carlisle 1-0 in midweek to record their eighth victory in their last nine games in all competitions.

The Stags came from behind to beat League One Doncaster in the FA Cup second round last weekend as part of that sequence.

Salford have won just two away games out of eight in League Two this season.

Forest Green to beat Oldham (15:00)

Forest Green are six points clear at the top of League Two and are unbeaten in eight league games.

Rob Edwards’ side have won four on the spin and hammered Harrogate 4-1 on the road on Tuesday.

Bottom-of-the-league Oldham have lost five of their last six, so this looks a banker.

Reims to beat St Etienne (20:00)

St Etienne are bottom of Ligue 1 and were hammered 5-0 at home to Rennes last weekend.

They have lost three straight matches and have managed just two victories in 17 all season.

Reims come into this on the back of two wins in their last three, so look a good price to get three points.

GOALS

Over 2.5 goals in MK Dons v Oxford (15:00)

This has landed in six of MK Dons’ last eight league matches, including in games against other promotion hopefuls Wigan and Rotherham.

The Dons are the highest scorers in League One.

They play Oxford, for whom this bet has been a winner in six of their last nine away from home.

MYTHBUSTER

Arsenal not to beat Southampton (15:00)

After a hopeful run of form, Arsenal have lost three of their last four games and are now on a downward slide.

The Gunners lost 2-1 at struggling Everton on Monday and are without a single striker in decent form.

Southampton have already held Manchester City to a point away from home this season so are not going to be fazed by a trip to the Emirates.

Bournemouth not to beat Blackburn (15:00)

Bournemouth were second best in last Friday’s 1-1 draw with Fulham, even if they did manage to come away with a point.

That result meant that the Cherries have only won one of their last six league matches, including dropping points at home to Preston and Coventry.

Blackburn are flying, winning their last three matches to nil and only losing one in eight.

ANYTIME GOALSCORERS

Cristiano Ronaldo to score and Man Utd to beat Norwich (17:30)

Ronaldo had five shots without scoring against Crystal Palace last weekend, so a goal is surely coming.

The Man Utd forward has 17 goals for club and country this season and can take advantage of a poor Norwich defence.

The Canaries lost 3-0 at Tottenham last weekend and have conceded the most goals in the Premier League.

Dusan Vlahovic to score and Fiorentina to beat Salernitana (14:00)

Vlahovic is in fantastic form, scoring in all of his last four Fiorentina matches, including a brace at home to Milan last month.

Playing upfront for a side that have won their last four home games 3-0, 3-0, 4-3 and 3-1, this looks like a great bet.

Salernitana have lost six of their eight away matches this season, only avoiding defeat at Venezia and Cagliari.
