BTTS & over 2.5 goals in Cagliari v Sassuolo (11:30)

BTTS has landed in 81 per cent of Sassuolo’s Serie A matches this season, with over 2.5 also landing in all of their last six.

This bet has been a winner in 14 of their 17 league away games this term.

Cagliari rank third in the league for BTTS, with 62 per cent, while the reverse fixture between these two finished 2-2 in November.

Augsburg to beat Hertha Berlin (14:30)

Hertha Berlin’s rough season got even worse last weekend with a 4-1 humbling at home to city rivals Union.

That was their ninth defeat in 11 matches for Felix Magath’s side and leaves them second-bottom of the Bundesliga.

Augsburg have won back-to-back matches at home and three of their last five in the league.

Ivan Toney (Brentford) to score v Watford (15:00)

Toney has scored nine goals in his last nine matches, including five in two games against Norwich and Burnley, the other members of the relegation zone with Watford.

The forward ranks eighth in the division for shots per game and also scored in both matches against the Hornets in the Championship last season.

Watford have conceded 25 goals in their last nine home games.

Liverpool to beat Manchester City in 90 minutes, extra time or on penalties (15:30)

Liverpool drew 2-2 with Manchester City in the league at the Etihad last weekend and can go one better here.

Jurgen Klopp was able to make seven changes in their Champions League quarter final match against Benfica in midweek, resting multiple first-teamers.

Manchester City’s match against Atletico Madrid, meanwhile, proved more physically taxing. They lost both Kyle Walker and Kevin De Bruyne to injury, while Phil Foden was another on the receiving end of some rough treatment.

Getafe draw no bet v Villarreal (20:00)

Getafe have won seven and drawn three of their last 10 league home matches.

That run includes a win against Real Madrid, while they churned out a crucial 1-0 victory over Mallorca last weekend.

Villarreal are entirely focused on their Champions League run, and their league form is suffering. They have managed one La Liga win in five, losing three straight away games.
