WIN/DRAW/WIN

QPR to beat Reading (15:00)

Reading lost 4-3 at home to Huddersfield last weekend, leaving them two points above the Championship relegation zone.

The Royals have lost six and drawn two of their last eight matches in all competitions and have also lost striker Andy Carroll, who has left after his short-term deal.

QPR have won four and drawn one of their last five matches.

Mansfield to beat Leyton Orient (15:00)

Mansfield come into this on the back of seven successive league victories and could break a club record with another here.

The Stags beat Barrow 3-1 on the road last weekend, despite having 10 men for 51 minutes.

Leyton Orient have lost four and drawn one of their last five matches in all competitions.

Newport to beat Barrow (15:00)

Newport went third in League Two following their 1-0 victory away to Leyton Orient in midweek.

That was the Exiles’ third straight victory, while they have won three out of four at home.

Barrow have lost seven of their last 10 league games, winning just two out of 16.

Chesterfield to beat Eastleigh (17:20)

Eastleigh sacked manager Ben Strevens in midweek following a 1-0 defeat to bottom-of-the-league Dover, who had earned just four points all season.

That was the Spitfires’ fourth straight defeat in all competitions.

Chesterfield are second in the National League and have lost once in their last 14 league games.

Sheffield United to beat Peterborough (17:30)

Peterborough have won one of their last 12 league games, taking one point from their last four.

Posh were two goals ahead with five minutes to go against Birmingham in midweek, yet still only managed a point.

Sheffield United’s 2-0 victory at home to Luton last weekend was their fifth league win in seven matches.

GOALS

BTTS & over 2.5 goals in Fulham v Blackpool (15:00)

Fulham’s last three matches have finished in 6-2, 6-2 and 3-2 victories.

The Cottagers have conceded in all of their last four home games, so Blackpool have every chance of grabbing at least one goal at the other end.

Neil Critchley’s side have scored in six consecutive matches.

MYTHBUSTER

Millwall to win or draw v West Brom & under 4.5 goals (15:00)

West Brom are in a horrible state, with fan protests at manager Valerien Ismael a feature of Wednesday’s 2-0 home defeat to Preston.

Ismael could well lose his job if his side extend a run of just three wins in 13 at Millwall on Saturday.

The hosts were unbeaten in five at The Den before a narrow defeat to Crystal Palace in the cup and losing in the 90th minute to Nottingham Forest.

Swansea draw no bet v Hull (15:00)

Swansea had much the better of Tuesday’s 0-0 draw with QPR, their third league match in a row without defeat.

They are worth backing at Hull, with the insurance of money back if the game is a draw, considering the uncertainty on Humberside.

The Tigers had won consecutive games under Grant McCann, but have replaced him with Shota Arveladze, which likely makes their form meaningless here.

Doncaster to win or draw v Plymouth (15:00)

Plymouth led 3-1 with two minutes remaining at Fleetwood on Tuesday but collapsed to draw 3-3, their third straight match without a victory.

The Pilgrims are falling out of the League One promotion picture and look very short to win this match.

Doncaster won 1-0 at MK Dons last Saturday and should be backed to avoid defeat at odds-against.

ANYTIME GOALSCORER

Emil Jakobsen (Preston) to score v Bristol City (15:00)

Jakobsen has scored 14 goals this season, including two in his last three.

He has taken more shots per game than any Preston player this season, while his team have scored nine goals in six league matches under new manager Ryan Lowe.

Bristol City have conceded the second-most away goals in the Championship, including at least two in all of their last eight on the road.
