Leeds to beat Cardiff to nil (12:00)

League leaders Leeds were comfortably the best team in the Championship before lockdown and ended with five wins on the bounce.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side kept clean sheets in each of those matches and have conceded 30 league goals this season – the fewest in the division.

Cardiff have managed only one victory in their last 10 home games in all competitions.

Sheffield United to win or draw v Newcastle & under 3.5 goals (14:00)

Sheffield United drew 0-0 with Aston Villa on Wednesday night and this game should play out in pretty similar fashion.

The Blades struggled to get going in attack in that game, but did prevent an opponent from scoring more than once for the 11^th consecutive match.

Newcastle have only won one of their last six league games and are the joint-lowest scorers in the league.

Atalanta to beat Sassuolo & over 2.5 goals (18:30)

Atalanta have won six games in a seven-match unbeaten run in all competitions, with three or more goals scored in each of those.

Gian Piero Gasperini’s side have netted seven goals twice in that sequence and four on another two occasions, and they are the top scorers in Serie A with 70 goals.

Sassuolo were thumped 4-1 by Atalanta in the reverse fixture in September and have won just three of their 12 away games this season, so this looks a decent bet.

Liverpool to beat Everton to nil (19:00)

Prior to the Premier League’s suspension, Liverpool had won 19 of their previous 20 league games.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have the best defensive record in the division, having conceded 21 goals, and beat Everton 1-0 in the FA Cup when the two sides previously met in January.

Everton are winless in three and haven’t kept a clean sheet in seven.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE

Newcastle v Sheffield United: No (14:00)

Sheffield United are coming off a 0-0 draw with Aston Villa and now face the Premier League’s joint-lowest scorers, so BTTS looks unlikely.

Newcastle have scored 25 goals in 29 matches this season, and only found the net in one of their last five Premier League games before the season was suspended.

These sides have each been involved in 12 league games in which BTTS has landed this season – only Watford and Burnley have been involved in fewer.

Valencia v Osasuna: Yes (18:30)

Valencia drew 1-1 with local rivals Levante in their first game back from the break last weekend.

Albert Celades’ side have now both scored and conceded in six of their last eight matches, including four in a row before Thursday's defeat at Real Madrid.

They now face Osasuna, who drew 1-1 with Real Sociedad last weekend and have scored in nine consecutive away games, keeping just two clean sheets in the process.

Real Sociedad v Real Madrid: Yes (21:00)

Real Madrid were great going forward in a 3-1 win over Eibar last weekend and 3-0 victory over Valencia on Thursday. They have now scored in 13 of their last 14 matches, a run that includes goals against Atletico Madrid, Manchester City and Barcelona.

Zinedine Zidane's side have also conceded in seven of their last nine games, so there’s a good chance Sociedad will find the net this weekend.

The hosts have scored in 12 of their last 13 matches in all competitions, having drawn 1-1 with Osasuna last weekend.

ANYTIME GOALSCORERS

Patrick Bamford (Leeds) to score v Cardiff (12:00)

Bamford has scored 13 goals this season, including one in Leeds’ last game, and is surely set for several more.

The forward ranks fifth for shots per game in the Championship, rising to fourth for exclusively away games. He is a regular on penalties.

Bamford has also taken a fair amount of stick from Leeds fans this season and may flourish behind closed doors. He takes on a Cardiff side that have conceded eight goals in four home games.

Mason Mount (Chelsea) to score v Aston Villa (16:15)

Mount has scored six goals this season, including one in Chelsea’s last game before the season was paused against Everton.

He scored in the reverse fixture against Villa in December and ranks third for shots per game in the Chelsea squad.

Villa concede more shots than any other team in the division and also rank bottom for goal conceded.

Josip Ilicic (Atalanta) to score v Sassuolo (18:30)

Ilicic was in unbelievable form before the season was halted, with his four-goal haul against Valencia in Atalanta’s last match contributing to a run of 20 goals in 16 matches.

He ranks eighth for shots per game and fifth for xG in Serie A this term.

Sassuolo have conceded at least twice in six of their 12 away games this season, including at Roma and Juventus.
