Southampton to win or draw v Aston Villa & over 1.5 goals (12:00)

After a poor start to the season, Southampton have hit their stride in the last month.

The Saints have won three and drawn one of their last four games, scoring seven goals in their last three.

The front two of Danny Ings and Che Adams is particularly impressive and can cause problems for an Aston Villa side that lost 3-0 at home to Leeds last time out.

Granada to beat Levante (17:30)

Granada have picked up where they left off last season, winning four and drawing one of their first six matches of the La Liga season.

Diego Martinez’s side have won four of their five home matches in all competitions this season, including last weekend’s impressive 1-0 defeat of Sevilla.

Levante have lost three of their four away games this season, failing to score in either of their last two.

Son Heung-min (Tottenham) to score v Brighton (19:15)

Son is the Premier League’s leading goalscorer after scoring in all of his last three league games.

The forward has netted in six of his last eight matches in all competitions, including the winner at Burnley on Monday.

Brighton can leave themselves wide open against better opposition, conceding 10 goals in games against Chelsea, Manchester United and Everton this season.

Sampdoria to beat Genoa (19:45)

Sampdoria have won their last four matches, including impressive wins against Lazio and Atalanta in their last two league games.

They take on a Genoa side that have failed to score in their last three league outings.

At close to evens, the form guide suggests that this is a cracking bet.

BTTS & over 2.5 goals in Lille v Lyon (20:00)

Lille have scored 16 goals in their last six matches, including a 2-2 draw with Celtic at home on Thursday evening.

A similar scoring rate would give this bet a great chance, and Lyon’s form should mean that it lands.

The visitors have won their last two games 3-2 and 4-1.
