£25 QUALIFICATION BET (TO PLACE BEFORE 23:59 BST ON FRIDAY)

Despite there being just five home victories in 27 matches since the restart, I’m backing three home teams in my qualifying bet.

Hertha Berlin have been in great form since the Bundesliga returned, registering two resounding wins and a draw away to third-placed RB Leipzig. They should overcome an inconsistent Augsburg this weekend.

Wolfsburg inflicted a first loss in 13 on Bayer Leverkusen last time out, with Oliver Glasner’s side picking up two wins from their first three matches back. They face an Eintracht Frankfurt side without a win in five.

To bump up the odds slightly I’m also backing Bayern Munich to beat Fortuna Dusseldorf at home. Munich have won their last eight in all competitions, and have not lost to Dusseldorf since 1991.

FIRST £5 FREE BET (AVAILABLE AT 12:00 BST ON SATURDAY)

I’m moving onto Sunday’s matches with my first free bet and backing two simple wins for the favourites.

Borussia Monchengladbach have secured four points since the restart, and face a Union Berlin side without a win in six. The visitors have scored just one goal in their last three, and that came at home against an average Mainz side.

Dortmund, meanwhile, are all but out of the title race after their loss to Bayern Munich in midweek, but should bounce back with an easy win against basement side Paderborn.

Joshua Kimmich’s delightful chip is the only goal they have conceded since the restart, while Paderborn have netted just once in their three recent matches.
