Man Utd to win or draw and BTTS –

No manager enjoys navigating two-legged European ties as much as Jose Mourinho. He will set up his side to not lose, as is customary away from home, and hope to pinch a goal on the break.

While you wouldn’t bet against United achieving that – they scored and avoided defeat in all four of their Europa League knockout games on the road last season – the Portuguese’s current side do not manage games anywhere near as well as his past teams.

United squandered leads at Rostov and Anderlecht last season, and have dropped points from winning positions against Stoke and Leicester this campaign.

Against European opposition as wily as Sevilla, don’t be surprised if that happens again.

Wissam Ben Yedder to score –

If Sevilla do score, it is likely to be Ben Yedder who makes the breakthrough.

The Frenchman netted six times in the group stages – the same number as Harry Kane and Neymar, and two more than Romelu Lukaku.

He comes into the game in decent form, having netted in his side’s 2-1 win at Las Palmas last weekend.

Romelu Lukaku to score -

Questions remain about his big-game temperament, but four goals in six Champions League outings represents a fine return for Lukaku.

The Belgian’s match-winning brace at Huddersfield on Saturday made it six goals in eight games in all competitions, and showed that he is at his best when running in behind a high-lined defence.

That is something Mourinho will try to exploit.

Man Utd under 2.5 cards -

United have not exceeded two cards in any of their last 10 matches in all competitions. They didn’t receive any more than that in their six Champions League group games, either.
