A combination of Tottenham’s psychological issues at Wembley, and the fact that Dortmund are probably the better team with much more Champions League experience, means this is obvious.

Over 2.5 goals -

There were over 2.5 goals in three of Tottenham’s four European matches at Wembley last season.

Considering that eight of Dortmund’s 10 Champions League matches last season produced three or more goals, it’s safe to assume this one will, too.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to score first

Aubameyang has started the season brilliantly despite a summer of speculation over his future.

The 28-year-old has scored in all of Dortmund’s first four games of the season – including a hat-trick in the German Cup – and scored in four of his five Champions League group-stage appearances last term.

Liverpool v Sevilla - Wednesday (BT Sport 2, 19.45)

Liverpool’s lack of recent Champions League experience could tell here.

Sevilla – who beat the Reds in the Europa League final only 16 months ago – have much more nous, and won’t ship goals when put under any pressure.

Over 1.5 first half goals -

The hosts’ penchant for fast starts mean there is always a chance of early goals, at both ends.

They scored twice and conceded inside the first half hour of the qualifying game with Hoffenheim, and the same is possible in this one.

Ganso to score 

The Brazilian has started the season brilliantly, scoring in both of Sevilla’s last two matches with poached shots from inside the area.

Considering the Liverpool defence panics at the first sight of crosses coming into the box, back him to pick up the bits and pieces again.

Feyenoord v Man City - Wednesday (BT Sport Showcase, 19.45)

Both teams to score -

Feyenoord have made a fast start to their Eredivisie defence, winning all four games and scoring 12 goals in the process.

They have, though, conceded in three of five matches this season, including twice at Heracles on Saturday.

Over 3.5 goals -

See above, and consider that City’s attack has improved since it scored 18 goals in eight Champions League matches last season.

Raheem Sterling to score first

After missing Saturday’s game with Liverpool, Sterling should return as part of a City front three.

He scored two in two games pre-suspension, and is always a good bet to score in an open match.
