Liverpool to beat Leicester –

Liverpool’s 5-0 demolition of Swansea on Boxing Day was their ninth victory in a 14-game unbeaten run in all competitions.

It was also the fourth time in seven that Jurgen Klopp's side have scored five or more.

Leicester were beaten at Watford last time out and haven’t won since a 4-1 victory at Southampton five games ago.

Leeds to beat Birmingham –

Leeds went top of the form table on Boxing Day after beating Burton 2-1 to maintain their two-point lead over sixth-placed Sheffield United.

Thomas Christiansen’s side have now dropped just two points in their last six games, winning their last four in succession.

Birmingham are bottom of the table and have picked up jut two points in their last seven league games.

Peterborough to beat MK Dons –

Peterborough climbed into the play-off spots with a 3-1 away win at fifth-placed Bradford on Boxing Day.

That was Posh’s fourth consecutive victory in all competitions and fourth straight game in which they have scored three or more.

MK Dons lost 1-0 at home to fellow relegation candidates Plymouth, and are now just three points above the bottom three.

Portsmouth to beat Northampton –

Northampton were beaten 3-0 at Doncaster on Boxing Day to fall to third-bottom in League One.

That loss was the Cobblers’ fifth consecutive defeat on the road in all competitions and fourth match in five that they have failed to score.

Portsmouth beat Wimbledon last time out to record their fourth win in five in all competitions and go level on points with the final play-off spot.

Luton to beat Port Vale –

League Two leaders Luton spanked Swindon 5-0 in their last match to maintain their four-point lead over Notts County.

The Hatters have now gone 12 matches unbeaten, drawing just two of those.

Port Vale have won back-to-back matches but, given that Luton will rarely be available at such a long price this season, it’s worth backing against them.
