Tottenham to beat Swansea –

Tottenham’s various hoodoos and curses have ended.

Spurs followed up their 3-0 away win at Everton with their first Wembley victory of the season, beating Dortmund 3-1 in the Champions League.

They should claim a simple three points against a Swansea side that were beaten by Newcastle last time out.

Leeds to beat Millwall –

Leeds remain unbeaten in both the league and cup under manager Thomas Christiansen.

The table-topping Whites have won their last five on the bounce in all competitions, scoring nine without reply.

Millwall, who spurned a two-goal lead over QPR in midweek and have managed just one win so far, have no chance.

Blackburn to beat AFC Wimbledon –

Blackburn are over their patchy start to the season.

Tony Mowbray’s side have won four successive league games and most recently took three points off previously unbeaten Scunthorpe.

Struggling Wimbledon have lost four out of six League One and have managed just one away win in 17.

Charlton to beat Gillingham –

It’s no fun being a Gillingham fan at the moment.

Ady Pennock’s side are bottom of the table and are the only League One side yet to win.

Even though third-placed Charlton lost 3-0 in midweek, they have still won four out of five and should add another on Saturday.

Wigan to beat Bristol Rovers –

Wigan’s win over Charlton on Tuesday was the perfect response to their shock defeat away to Shrewsbury.

That was their fourth victory from their opening six league games and the promotion-chasing Latics already occupy a top-six spot.

Bristol Rovers’ decent start has lost pace after they were beaten by then-bottom Oldham in midweek.
