Hertha Berlin to beat Cologne –

Cologne drew with Werder Bremen at the weekend, avoiding defeat for only the second time in 12 matches.

That dreadful form has left the Billy Goats bottom of the Bundesliga, six points from safety.

Hertha Berlin aren’t in great form themselves, having gone six without a win.

They have, however, taken four points off Leverkusen and Bayern Munich at home in the last month and should win here.

Athletic Bilbao to beat Formentera –

Formentera have managed just two wins from their last 10 Segunda B matches and currently sit just one point above the third-tier relegation zone.

Bilbao have won each of their last five Copa del Rey matches against lower-league sides and should easily dispatch another.

Bayern Munich to beat RB Leipzig –

The return of Jupp Heynckes has improved Bayern’s form.

The German side have won three on the spin without conceding a goal since replacing Carlo Ancelotti as manager.

Leipzig have won four consecutive matches in all competitions, but have lost both of their previous meetings with Bayern.

Cagliari to beat Benevento –

Cagliari have lost five consecutive matches, but hosting Benevento presents them with an excellent chance to put that right.

The visitors are bottom of Serie A after 10 games and are yet to pick up a single point.

Cagliari have managed two wins so far this season and should be able to add a third on Wednesday night.

Lazio to beat Bologna –

Lazio beat Cagliari 3-0 on Sunday to record their sixth consecutive win in all competitions.

Simone Inzaghi’s side won away at Juventus and spanked Sassuolo 6-1 during that run, while their only defeat in 13 was against league leaders Napoli.

Bologna lost against Atalanta on Sunday and have managed just one home win in five this season.
