Our documentary, ‘Forza Roma’, follows five devoted Roma fans – Primo, Hannie, Chiara, Franco and Federico – before, during and after the Derby della Capitale to reveal just how much the match means to them and why I Giallorossi’s rivalry with Lazio is one of the most emotional, dramatic and, ultimately, greatest in football.

The documentary also features exclusive access to Serie A giants AS Roma, including interviews with first-team stars Alessandro Florenzi, Juan Jesus, Ante Coric and Diego Perotti and club legends Vincent Candela and Ubaldo Righetti, plus live in-game footage from inside the iconic Stadio Olimpico. 

Patrizio Cacciari, a journalist and author who was born and lives in Rome, also discusses some of the Derby della Capitale’s most historic and important traditions, as well as the impact the game has on the city of Rome.
