PSV (-1) to beat Sparta Rotterdam –

PSV have scored 11 goals in their last three home matches, recording 4-0 and 3-0 victories on that run.

And Sparta Rotterdam will not be able to live with the runaway Eredivisie leaders on Sunday.

The visitors have not won away from home this season, including going down 3-0 at VVV Venlo, and 4-0 at Ajax.

Fiorentina to beat Sassuolo –

Fiorentina have only failed to win at home to Roma since the start of October, and are a fine bet to record another victory against Sassuolo.

The visitors have only won away at newly-promoted SPAL and Benevento in the same period of time, losing convincingly at Lazio and Napoli.

The hosts have won the last two editions of this fixture, so backing them to extend that run is a sensible bet.

Inter to beat Chievo –

Inter have been virtually flawless at home, beating three members of the top half in a run of six wins in seven at the Giuseppe Meazza.

And Chievo’s away form is hardly a cause for concern for Luciano Spalletti’s side.

The visitors have only won one of their last six away from home, including three-goal defeats at Juventus and Sampdoria.

Lyon to beat Caen –

Lyon have won their last three away games 5-0, so have to be backed to win on the road again.

And while those wins have come against mid-table opposition, the size of the victories suggests that sixth-place Caen are unlikely to halt their stunning form.

Patrice Garande’s side are yet to host a top-eight team this term, so their decent record at the Stade Michel d’Ornano can be largely ignored.

Sampdoria not to lose to Lazio –

Sampdoria extended their 100 per cent home record by beating champions Juventus last time out, so there is little reason to believe that they will let it slip against Lazio this weekend.

The visitors lost their last away game at Roma, and are now without a win in three.

Marco Giampaolo’s side are an excellent bet to win, but playing it safe is the sensible choice.
