Sassuolo to beat Benevento (14:00) –

Benevento’s defeat to Juventus last time out was their 13th consecutive defeat in all competitions, which equalled the worst-ever start for a side from any side in Europe’s top five leagues.

Sassuolo haven’t been great this season, winning just two in 12, but both of their league wins have come on the road.

They should add a third on Sunday.

Schalke to beat Hamburg (14:30) –

Schalke beat Freiburg 1-0 in their last league match to keep themselves fourth in the Bundesliga.

That victory was their fourth in five matches and their seventh without defeat.

Relegation candidates Hamburg have struggled so far this term, losing seven of their last nine league games.

Lyon to beat Montpellier (16:00) –

Lyon thrashed local rivals Saint-Etienne 5-0 last time out to record their sixth consecutive victory in all competitions.

They have won their last four with an aggregate score of 15-0 and have lost just once in 16 games, against Paris Saint-Germain.

Montpellier were held to a draw by Amiens a fortnight ago and lost at home to Stade Rennes the week before that.

Hannover to beat Werder Bremen (17:00) –

Werder Bremen’s dismal start continued last time out, as they were beaten by an 89th-minute Frankfurt goal.

That kept them second bottom in the Bundesliga and extended their winless run to 11 league games.

Hannover lost to RB Leipzig last time out, but have won two out of three in the league, including the 4-2 win over Dortmund.

Inter to beat Atalanta (19:45) –

Inter are yet to lose in six games at the Giuseppe Meazza this season, and boasted a 100 per cent record before drawing 1-1 with Torino two weeks ago.

That was their 12th league game without defeat – a run in which they have dropped just six points.

Atalanta were held by SPAL before the international break and are still without a win on the road after seven away games in all competitions.
