Valencia to beat Sevilla –

Valencia are unbeaten at home this season, with Atletico Madrid the only side to avoid defeat at the Mestalla.

Marcelino’s side have won four consecutive games overall, scoring 17 goals and conceding seven.

They should manage to beat a Sevilla team that are much better at home than they are away.

Los Rojiblancos have lost three away games on the bounce in all competitions this season, including the 5-1 thrashing by Spartak Moscow in midweek.

Napoli to beat Inter –

Napoli have been unstoppable so far this season, winning all eight of their league fixtures and scoring three or more on seven occasions.

They’ve only conceded two goals at the Stadio San Paolo, where they’ll host Inter this weekend.

The Nerazzurri are also unbeaten in the league, but needed a dodgy late penalty to see off a struggling AC Milan side last Sunday.

They’re a good team, but look a level below the elite in Serie A, and that should be evident on Saturday.

Sampdoria to beat Crotone –

Sampdoria beat Atalanta 3-1 last weekend to notch their fourth consecutive home win in all competitions.

Marco Giampaolo’s side also remain one of three teams in Serie A with a 100 per cent record on their own patch.

Crotone’s only league win this season came against pointless Benevento, while they have managed just one point in three on the road.

Bayern (-1) to beat Hamburg –

The appointment of Jupp Heynckes has reinvigorated Bayern.

The Bundesliga champions have beaten Freiburg 5-0 and Celtic 3-0 since the German’s return to the dugout, with Arjen Robben and Thomas Muller among those to have improved markedly under the new manager.

Hamburg have already lost 2-0 and 3-0 at home to RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund respectively this season, and will be similar punished on Saturday.

Nantes to beat Guingamp –

Nantes earned a credible draw with Bordeaux last time out, extending their unbeaten run to seven league games.

Les Canaris have won five of those and are second only to Paris Saint-Germain in the Ligue 1 form table.

Don’t expect any shocks against Guingamp, who have lost three on the spin away from home.
