PSV to beat FC Twente (18:45) –

PSV have won 13 of their last 15 league matches, and should find things straightforward at FC Twente.

The Eredivisie leaders won their last away game at Heracles, and beat Saturday’s opponents in November.

Twente – who are winless in five at home, losing three – will be powerless to avoid defeat.

Toulouse to beat Troyes (19:00) –

Toulouse’s home form is the only thing keeping them in contention to stay up this season.

Pascal Dupraz’s side have won three out of five at the Stadium de Toulouse, losing only to Lyon and Nice in their last 10 in all competitions.

Troyes were beaten 3-1 by Angers last time out on the road, and have now lost six successive away games in Ligue 1.

Villarreal to beat Real Sociedad (19:45) –

Villarreal have won three on the bounce in all competitions – including a 1-0 victory away at Real Madrid this month – and are unbeaten in five in the league.

They shouldn’t have any trouble seeing off an out-of-form Sociedad side that have been beaten by Leganes, Barcelona and Celta Vigo in their last three matches.

La Real have taken just four points from a possible 21 and won’t improve that tally here.

Liverpool to beat West Brom (19:45) –

Liverpool were stunned by Swansea on Monday, but don’t expect another upset when they take on West Brom this weekend.

The Baggies have only beaten one Premier League side since August – Brighton – and they have lost seven of their last 11 away games against top-flight teams.

Liverpool were 18 games without a defeat before that loss at Swansea, and they should get back to winning ways in the cup.

Juventus to beat Chievo (19:45) –

Juventus have heaped the pressure on Serie A leaders Napoli with five straight league victories, and they will extend that run at Chievo on Saturday.

Max Allegri’s side have conceded just one goal in their last eight league matches – a record that should ensure that Chievo, who have lost four of their last five, don’t get a sniff.
