LIVERPOOL V EVERTON

Liverpool to win -

Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 16 games in all competitions and are yet to lose at Anfield all season, while Everton have lost back-to-back matches against Bournemouth and Manchester United.

A Wayne Rooney penalty denied the Reds all three points in a match they dominated last month but, on the back of three successive victories, they should get the win here.

Both teams to score -

Having bagged 16 in their last five games, Liverpool are almost guaranteed to score on Friday night.

And, considering Everton have scored in six of their last seven away games, goals look likely at both ends.

Dominic Solanke to score -

Solanke is yet to get off the mark for Liverpool but, in a side that creates so many chances, it’s surely only a matter of time until he finds the net.

Guaranteed to start on Friday night by Jurgen Klopp, he’s worth backing to open his account.

Tom Davies to be carded -

Davies is Everton’s most prolific card-getter, with eight yellows in all competitions this season.

The midfielder is a Merseyside boy and will likely be fired up in a cup tie with Liverpool, against whom he was booked last season.
