Juventus v Barcelona –

Juventus were poor against Sampdoria last weekend, but the Italian champions still managed to score twice and have found the net in 13 successive games.

The Nerazzurri have registered in all nine of their home games this season, and have kept no clean sheets in their last four on their own patch.

It’s unlikely that they’ll keep out Barcelona, who have only failed to score once all season and put three past Juve in the reverse fixture.

Basel v Manchester United –

Basel are good value to find the net on Wednesday night, given that they’ve done so in all 10 of their home games.

The Swiss side have scored five goals at St. Jakob-Park on two separate occasions this season, including the 5-0 thrashing of Benfica in the Champions League.

They have, however, gone four home games without keeping a clean sheet, meaning United – who have netted 10 in their four group-stage games – should score at least once.

Sporting CP v Olympiakos –

Sporting have been prolific at home recently, with 10 goals in their last four at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.

They’re also yet to keep a clean sheet in the group stage so far, conceding six goals in four games.

Sporting won the reverse fixture in Greece 3-2, and a similar result is likely.

Olympiakos have scored eight in their last four games away from home, including a 3-1 defeat away at Barcelona.

Wolves v Leeds –

Wolves are the Championship’s top scorers, with 31 goals in 17 games, and have netted two or more in each of their last four fixtures at Molineux.

They will surely score against a Leeds side that have kept no clean sheets in five in all competitions.

Thomas Christiansen’s side did get on the scoresheet in each of those matches, however, so goals look likely at both ends. media
