Leicester v Tottenham –

Leicester had scored in 17 consecutive home matches before their recent blank against Manchester City, and another goal is on the cards here.

Spurs have kept just one clean sheet in their last nine matches – at home to Crystal Palace – with the absence of Toby Alderweireld a significant factor.

The visitors have netted 18 times in their nine away matches this season, though, and scored six in this fixture last season, so are good for a goal themselves.

Watford v Manchester United –

Watford are no shrinking violets, and should take the game to Manchester United, leaving opportunities for goals at both ends.

Marco Silva’s side have scored twice against Arsenal and Chelsea and three times against Liverpool to make them the Premier League’s top scorers outside the top six.

The visitors have only failed to score away at Liverpool and Chelsea in the league this season, so will surely do their bit.

Charlton v Peterborough –

Only league leaders Wigan have prevented Charlton from scoring at The Valley this season, and Peterborough are not about to add their names to that list.

Posh have only kept one clean sheet away from home in League One this term, a run that includes shipping 10 goals in their last five on the road.

Fortunately for Grant McCann’s side, their hosts have conceded in their last five home games – including against Truro City in the FA Cup – so a goal is likely at the other end.

Wycombe v West Ham Academy –

West Ham’s youngsters have both scored and conceded freely in the EFL Trophy this season, and that pattern will continue at Wycombe.

The Hammers have recorded a 3-2 win at Swindon and 3-1 victory at Bristol Rovers in their two group matches so far, and need a positive result to guarantee winning the group.

Wycombe are the third-highest scorers in the Football League, and lost 5-1 to Bristol Rovers in their only other home match in this competition.
