Fulham v Blackburn -

Having triumphantly backed Fulham in this piece a week ago, they are back in again, this time against Blackburn.

Only three Championship teams have a better scoring record at home this season than Slavisa Jokanovic’s side, who have netted 32 times in their last 13 matches at Craven Cottage.

They are not impenetrable, though – conceding in nine of their last 10 home games.

That opens the door for in-form Blackburn.

Rovers have netted in all five of their matches since Tony Mowbray took over, including two at Norwich on Saturday.

Both teams to score looks safe here.

Gillingham v Bolton -

Another BTTS favourite, Gillingham are sure to share plenty of goals with Bolton.

The Gills looked out of the game at 2-0 down to Scunthorpe on Saturday, but hit back with three penalties to win the game 3-2 and extend their run of both scoring and conceding to 11 matches.

There’s little doubt that Bolton will keep up their side of the bargain, too.

Phil Parkinson’s side have only failed to score once in the league since 17 December – and that was away to league leaders Sheffield United.

This should be a certainty.

Borussia Monchengladbach v Schalke -

Goals are a given when these teams meet for the third time in a fortnight on Thursday evening.

Last week’s 1-1 draw in Gelsenkirchen followed a 4-2 win for Monchengladbach at Borussia Park, and together these sides have combined for 12 goals in three meetings this season.

BMG have been particularly prolific at home, only failing to find the net three times on their own turf in all competitions.

Schalke, meanwhile, have only been kept off the scoresheet five times on their travels, and have netted 10 times in their last five away games.

Given that each of these sides have also kept just one clean sheet in their last five games, a cagey affair is very unlikely.

Roma v Lyon -

Trailing by two goals after the first leg, Roma will surely come out attacking from kick-off here.

Seeing as they have only been held twice at home all season and have scored three goals or more in 13 of their 19 games at the Stadio Olimpico, they should breach Lyon’s defence.

The French side are, however, prolific scorers themselves.

They have bagged four goals or more in six of their last seven games, and only Monaco have scored more in France this season.

These sides have only kept a total of four clean sheets in their last 16 games combined, so this one is a banker.
