Freiburg v Bayer Leverkusen –

Freiburg have both scored and conceded in their last five matches, including a 2-2 draw at Borussia Dortmund last time out.

And against Bayer Leverkusen, there is little chance of that sequence coming to an end. 

The visitors have been involved in more BTTS matches than any other Bundesliga team, featuring a 4-4 draw and 4-1 win in their last three away matches.

Hertha Berlin v Hoffenheim –

Hertha Berlin have scored in all of their last eight home matches, and should extend that run against Hoffenheim.

The visitors have shipped 16 goals in their last six on the road, including three at Hamburg and five at Bayern Munich last time out.

They did, though, score twice against the runaway Bundesliga leaders, with only three teams notching more often away from home all season.

Peterborough v Southend –

League One’s third and fourth-most prolific BTTS sides meet at London Road in a game that guarantees goals.

Peterborough have scored in all of their last eight home matches, only keeping clean sheets against two of the division’s bottom three, Oldham and Bury, on that run.

And new manager Chris Powell appears to have revitalised Southend, who put three past Scunthorpe in his first game in charge last weekend.

Real Betis v Villarreal –

Real Betis lost 3-2 at Celta Vigo on Monday evening, the latest in a sequence of crazy results that they have produced this season, including a 4-4, 3-6, and 3-5.

And something similar could be in store against Villarreal.

Both teams have scored in four of the hosts’ last five matches, including a 4-2 victory over Real Sociedad last time out.
