Match to finish as a draw –

Middlesbrough have drawn five of their eight away games in the Championship this season, with their only defeat on the road being by a single goal at Norwich last month.

Given that each of Sheffield Wednesday’s last three games at Hillsborough have ended all square, a draw is the way to go in this one.

Adam Reach to score from outside of the box

Boro have conceded just six league goals this season – three fewer than any other club in the Championship – so it will likely require something spectacular to get past them.

Fortunately for Wednesday, they have Reach. The winger has scored two long-range strikes in as many games at Hillsborough, against promotion-chasers Leeds and West Brom.

Barry Bannan to be carded

Bannan is the equal-most carded player in the league with five bookings.

The Scot is worth backing to end up in the book again – just as he did in his last home game against Leeds.

Adam Clayton to be carded

Clayton is tied with Bannan at the top of the booking table on five.

They include four cards in his last six appearances and, for the same reasons as his opponent, is a decent bet for a booking.
