Bristol City to beat Hull

Bristol City ended a five-game winless run with an 89th-minute winner away to Brentford on Saturday, and they should make it back-to-back victories against one of the worst sides in the division.

Second-bottom Hull have won just two league games this season, against relegation candidates Ipswich and Rotherham.

The Tigers have lost four straight away games, scoring just one goal in the process.

Leeds to beat Ipswich

Leeds’ form has dipped, with just two wins in their last eight league games, but they remain one of the most-effective offensive sides in the Championship in terms of chances created and xG.

Both of United’s victories in that sequence came against sides in the bottom four and they should once again overcome from struggling opponents.

Bottom-of-the-league Ipswich have won just one game this season. Unsurprisingly, they have mustered the fewest attempts on goal of any side in the division and are unlikely to trouble their hosts in this one.

Nottingham Forest to beat Bolton

Nottingham Forest ended an eight-match unbeaten run in all competitions with a 2-1 defeat to Norwich last weekend, but this match is an excellent opportunity to put that right.

Forest had won four of their previous six matches, including a 2-0 victory over league leaders Middlesbrough in their last away game.

Bolton have won just one of their last nine matches and have failed to score in four of their last six.

West Brom to beat Derby

Derby knocked Sheffield United off top spot with a 2-1 home win on Saturday night, but I’m happy to back against them on the road.

The Rams are yet to play any of the top seven away from home and have lost to bottom-seven sides Bolton, Rotherham and Millwall in their last four away games.

West Brom have won their last five matches at the Hawthorns, scoring four or more on three separate occasions, and have the best home record in the Championship.
