West Brom to beat Hull

Hull’s only three victories this season have come against Bolton, Ipswich and Rotherham – all of whom are 19th or lower in the table.

The Tigers are one of the least creative sides in the league having had the third-fewest shots on target, while also conceding the fifth-most.

So West Brom, who have won three of their four matches against bottom-seven sides this season and are the Championship’s top scorers with six more goals than any other team, should get plenty of chances to bag a few more.

Portsmouth to beat Bradford City

Bradford’s nightmare season got even worse last weekend with a 4-0 defeat away to Gillingham, who had won just one of their last 15 in all competitions.

The Bantams are bottom of the league and have lost 12 of their 16 games in League One, more than any other EFL club.

Top-of-the-league Portsmouth are an attractive price to compound their hosts’ misery, having dropped just four points in an eight-game unbeaten run on the road.

Sunderland to beat Plymouth

Plymouth won back-to-back matches last week, but those victories came against Scunthorpe and Gillingham, who are 17th and 18th respectively.

The Pilgrims had earned just seven points in their previous 14 games this season.

Sunderland eased to their fourth straight victory in League One and seventh game without defeat as they beat Southend 3-0 last weekend, moving to within three points of top spot.

Luton to beat Rochdale

Luton moved to fifth in the League One table with a 2-0 win away to Wimbledon last weekend, their fifth league victory in six matches.

They should make it six in seven against a Rochdale side that has won just two of their last eight league games against out-of-form Charlton and Bradford.

Dale have already lost to each of the top four, with six of their eight defeats this season coming against sides in the top nine.

Bury to beat Macclesfield

Managerless Macclesfield are bottom of League Two after 16 games with just one victory and 11 defeats.

The Silkmen have earned just seven points since the start of the season and have lost their last two matches by an aggregate score of 6-0.

Bury have won both of their matches against sides in the bottom four, while their 1-0 loss to Port Vale at the weekend was their first defeat in eight matches.
