Azerbaijan v Kosovo (17:00)

Kosovo have scored 10 goals in four friendlies since earning just one point in qualifying for the World Cup.

That run includes a 4-3 victory over Latvia, and indicates that they are capable of finding the net in Azerbaijan on Friday.

Azerbaijan have scored three goals in two of their last three matches and have only failed to score in three of their last nine home games.

Italy v Poland (19:45)

Both teams have scored in all three of Roberto Mancini’s matches in charge of Italy so far.

The Azzurri have conceded at home to Macedonia and Saudi Arabia in the last year, and – after Mancini named a youthful squad for this match – could do the same against Poland.

The visitors were disappointing at the World Cup, but all of their last five away matches outside tournaments have produced at least three goals.

Lithuania v Serbia (19:45)

Lithuania have only failed to score in four of their last 14 home matches, two of which came against England.

Edgaras Jankauskas’ side have scored and conceded at home to Latvia, Slovakia and Slovenia in the last two years. The latter two are both within 20 places of Serbia in the world rankings.

While a Serbia goal is likely, they have kept just two clean sheets in eight and must rebuild in defence after the international retirement of Branislav Ivanovic.

Scotland v Belgium (19:45)

Belgium have only managed away clean sheets at Cyprus, Gibraltar and Estonia since Roberto Martinez was appointed as manager, so Scotland have every chance of finding the net.

The hosts had scored in 15 consecutive home matches before a poor spell either side of the New Year, and have Leigh Griffiths, Robert Snodgrass and several others – who were missing for consecutive 1-0 defeats to Costa Rica and the Netherlands in November and March – available again.

The visitors have only failed to score in two of their last 26 matches – against Portugal and in the World Cup semi-final against France – so are likely to hit the net.
