Nigeria v Cameroon –

Cameroon have scored in all of their last four matches, including in defeat to Germany at the Confederations Cup in June.

So considering that Nigeria’s squad features the likes of Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi and Kelechi Iheanacho, there really should be goals in this one.

History tells the same story. There have been three or more goals in the last four fixtures between these sides.

Denmark v Poland –

Both teams have scored in four of Denmark’s last five matches, including in June’s 1-1 draw with world champions Germany.

Poland’s recent record, meanwhile, is even better, with eight of their last nine fixtures seeing goals scored at both ends.

Considering that Robert Lewndowski has scored 12 times in the Poles’ last eight matches, a repeat of the 3-2 victory they recorded against Denmark last October looks possible.

Slovakia v Slovenia –

These sides both need a win if they are to hunt down England in Group F, which should lend itself to plenty of goals in this one.

Both teams have netted in three of Slovakia’s last four matches with the other a 6-0 defeat to Sweden, so Jan Kozak’s side clearly like to entertain.

Slovenia, meanwhile, have scored in seven of their last nine outings so should fulfil their side of the bargain.

Czech Republic v Germany

Germany have conceded five goals in their last five matches, with their only clean sheet coming in the Confederations Cup final against Chile.

Czech Republic, meanwhile, have scored in all of their last six matches, netting 14 goals on that run.

Assuming Joachim Low’s side score themselves, this looks a fine bet.
