Timo Werner (Germany - 17.00) –

Werner is in scoring form, having ended his 2017/18 season with goals in RB Leipzig’s last two matches, and can continue that streak into Germany’s pre-World Cup friendlies.

The 22-year-old has scored seven goals in his last nine matches for his national team, and will spearhead a supply line featuring a selection of Thomas Muller, Mesut Ozil, Julian Draxler, Leroy Sane and Marco Reus.

Austria have not played a team ranked inside the top 15 since Euro 2016, so their good defensive form is not particularly applicable.

Marcus Berg (Sweden - 18.45) –

Berg ended his season with Arabian side Al-Ain brilliantly, scoring 14 goals in six games across domestic and continental competition.

With his place in Sweden’s team assured, after Zlatan Ibrahimovic was not included in their World Cup plans, he can add to his 18 international goals in their friendly against Denmark.

The visitors have only managed clean sheets at Romania and Montenegro in seven away games since the start of World Cup qualifying.

Romelu Lukaku (Belgium - 19.45) –

Any odds-against price for Lukaku to score in a Belgium shirt has to be gobbled up.

The Manchester United forward is in formidable form at international level, scoring 10 goals in the Red Devils’ last six matches, including at least once in all of them.

Portugal backed up March’s 3-0 defeat to the Netherlands with a 2-2 draw with Tunisia on Monday, so Roberto Martinez’s free-scoring side should create plenty of chances for their striker.
